本校為推動高教深耕計畫「營造多元友善學習環境」與「STEAM」先修課程，積極打造沉浸式語言學習場域。

舉辦《西班牙經典小吃與語言挑戰》活動，以「食」為引，帶領學生輕鬆踏入西語世界，提升語言學習興趣與能力。

活動設計結合文化導入與互動遊戲，引導學生認識多樣西班牙傳統小吃，包括伊比利豬風乾火腿（Jamón Ibérico）、伊比利亞乾酪（Queso Ibérico）、Tortilla、西班牙橄欖等，

現場更提供實物品嘗，讓學生用「五感」體驗語言文化。

此外，透過簡單實用的西班牙語詞彙學習與互動式任務挑戰，如「食物詞彙賓果」、「點餐角色扮演」、「文化快問快答」，強化學生口語與理解能力。

學生反映活動趣味十足，能在毫無壓力的環境中自然學習，並勇於與同儕互動練習。

此次活動特別著重於外語能力較弱學生的參與，讓他們在無壓力且友善的環境中累積語言信心。

亦呼應本校強化語言學習支持機制，讓語言教育從「課本」延伸到「生活」，真正實現跨域整合與素養導向教學。

未來，我們將持續拓展語言與文化的整合教學活動，打造更多元的外文學習體驗，協助學生發展全球移動力與跨文化溝通能力。

To promote the Higher Education Sprout Project's goals of "fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment" and providing "preparatory STEAM courses," our university has actively created immersive language learning spaces.

We hosted the event "Spanish Tapas & Language Challenge", using food as an entry point to lead students into the Spanish-speaking world in an enjoyable way, enhancing their interest and ability in language learning.

The event combined cultural introductions with interactive games, guiding students to learn about various traditional Spanish tapas such as Jamón Ibérico, Queso Ibérico, Tortilla, and Spanish olives. Actual tasting sessions were also provided, allowing students to engage with the language and culture through all five senses.

Additionally, through practical Spanish vocabulary learning and interactive challenges—such as "Food Vocabulary Bingo," "Ordering Role-play," and "Quick Culture Quiz"—students improved their speaking and comprehension skills.

Students reported that the event was fun and pressure-free, enabling them to learn naturally and confidently interact with peers.

Special emphasis was placed on including students with weaker foreign language abilities, helping them build confidence in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.

This initiative aligns with the university’s efforts to strengthen language learning support systems, extending language education from "textbooks" to "real life" and achieving cross-disciplinary integration and competency-based teaching.

Moving forward, we will continue to expand integrated language and culture teaching activities, providing diverse foreign language learning experiences to help students develop global mobility and cross-cultural communication skills.
