馬偕醫學大學公開徵求全人教育中心中心主任候選人啟事（第二次公告） Call for Applications/Nominations: Director of the Center for Holistic Education, Mackay Medical College

一、本校公開徵求全人教育中心主任，聘期自115年8月1日起，任期三年，歡迎連署推薦或自行應徵參選。

二、中心主任候選人應具之資格除應符合相關法令之規定外，尚須具備下列條件：

（一）  具教育部審查合格之副教授以上資格。

（二）  具學術成就，且學術專長與本中心需求相符。

（三）  具大學通識教育或相關行政經驗者尤佳。

（四）  具中華民國國籍，惟具其他國籍者，應符合相關法律之規定。

三、候選人如非本中心教師，依本中心主任遴選要點第三點第二款「非本中心教師須具教授或三年以上副教授資格，並經本中心教師二人以上聯名推薦。」，另須依本校教師聘任暨升等審查辦法規定之程序通過專任教師聘任；如需借調者，依本校教師借調相關規定辦理。

    請將連署推薦表及參選人登記表等有關資料，於115年4月10日前(郵戳為憑)以掛號郵件寄達：25245新北市三芝區中正路三段46號「馬偕醫學院全人教育中心主任遴選委員會」收。逾期恕不受理。

I. Mackay Medical College is publicly seeking candidates for the position of Director of the Center for Holistic Education. The appointment will begin on August 1, 2026, for a three-year term. Both joint nominations and self-applications are welcome.

II. In addition to complying with relevant legal regulations, candidates for the Center Director must meet the following criteria:

1. Hold the rank of Associate Professor or above, certified by the Ministry of Education.

2. Possess academic achievements and academic expertise that align with the needs of the Center.

3. Experience in university general education or related administrative experience is highly preferred.

4. Hold Republic of China (Taiwan) citizenship; individuals of other nationalities must comply with relevant legal regulations.

III. If the candidate is not a current faculty member of the Center, according to Article 3, Paragraph 2 of the Center Director Selection Guidelines: "Non-Center faculty members must hold the rank of Professor, or have held the rank of Associate Professor for at least three years, and must be jointly recommended by at least two faculty members of the Center." Additionally, they must pass the full-time faculty appointment process in accordance with the College’s Faculty Appointment and Promotion Review Regulations. If a secondment is required, it will be handled according to the College’s regulations on faculty secondment.

IV. V. Required Application Documents: Please complete the candidate registration form, joint nomination form, and related document forms. Attach photocopies of the candidate’s academic and professional credentials along with other relevant materials.
